This beautifully modernised ground floor property now boasts open plan living adding a breath of wow the moment you arrive at the residence.
It was intentional to open up the walls for the eyes to naturally follow the large bifold doors opening up to the garden and letting the light flood in onto the stunning solid wooden floor.
In order to achieve this clear vista, the generously sized kitchen had to be intelligently tucked in to one wall, to fully maximise the most welcoming view of the property.
The kitchen area was designed with the client in mind voicing the desire for “the sturdy necessities”.
