As all Penthouse Apartments claim to be and should be. This top floor renovation is large, lavish and lazy.

Open plan, as to be expected.
With several large velux windows professionally placed in areas needing the most natural light for both function and effect.
The stairway for example, has a skylight directly above, lighting your ascent and descent. The open plan lounge area proceeds with a sophisticated solid herringbone wood flooring throughout, allowing the host to serve and socialise with minimal aftercare.

This penthouse needed clever storage to hide the chaos and we fitted sleek options from the kitchen all the way up to the eaves of the property. With integrated kitchen appliances cleverly concealing white goods, even the wine rack.

And like any lavish abode. The finer details are clearly seen though. Marble effect quartz worktops with a matching style splash screen upstand behind the hob.

The bedroom was also fitted with soft sumptuous tones, light colour carpet to entice the light in, even on the greyer days, chrome brushed sockets and designer radiators for character, even when un-occupied.

The bathroom and en-suite is intelligently fitted with superior products that were intended to release the mental clutter of long day into a spa-like escape. Metro style tiling, streamlined glass panels, floating basin, rainfall shower and a generous tub to soak the city stress away.

We were proud to be able to fit both mirrored wall storage and secure that all covetous hidden storage in the shower recess area too.
