Our professional surveyors are instructed to take a detailed look at the property in question to provide us with an accurate approximation of your budgetary requirements so that we’re operating on the same page from the very start.
Longbear understands the importance of clarity from the beginning of projects to avoid any nasty surprises later on. After taking the time to learn precisely what your needs and goals are for the project ahead, we give you an exact breakdown of the timescale and costs involved.
Once everything is finalised, you pay 25% of the labour cost upfront. This helps us to confirm your time slot and book you in at a date that suits you.
At Longbear, we aim to put our clients at the very heart of the decisions we make. This means that you can be as actively involved in the project as you would like, or you could take a backseat if that’s more your preference. We give you the freedom to arrange materials or ask us to cover this process on your behalf. Longbear ensures that you will get the best quality and performance regardless of how hands-on you decide to be.
Once everything is arranged, we are ready to go! Our incredible engineers and craftsmen spring into action and begin working on your project to ensure that the whole process is completed on time and on budget. We will also keep our clients updated every step of the way on our progress.
We ask all of our clients to sign a document to confirm that our service was satisfactory. This measure is taken to ensure that you’re absolutely happy with our service when we’ve completed our work.
We understand that no job is completed just because we leave your premises. We will still be available for any aftercare which may be required. Rest assured that we will always be there to look after you if any problem arises, which is why we offer a 2-year guarantee on any work that’s been carried out by Longbear - just in case.
