About this project

When you first see these photos, perhaps you think its a bungalow renovation. Actually, that’s just the shed!
We don't like to throw around the word “luxury” often, but this garden project truly looked that way when we finished.
The client was envisioning a welcoming space, to suit both hosting outside and cosy family afternoons in the evening.
After all, it is a family home. Low maintenance was essential.

So we sourced materials to keep things neat and attractive long after the project was carried out. Artificial grass lawn, laying down a patio area and putting one flower bed to tend to, balancing the true identity of a garden but with minimal up-keep.
The client’s semi-detached house, not photographed here, had a low and high level platform to the property so we suggested fitting a thick frameless glass panel at the top of the wall to mimic a balcony-like feel making full use of the elevation. (Also for that extra touch of hosting class.) Finished with wood cladding and harmonising materials of the home, laying the same brick along the outer wall and garden stairway.
But lets talk about that shed.

Not just stunning on the outside, the inside fully plastered, fitted with electric, 2 wall lights and of course insulated for the chilly weather. Finally, the outer details included installing a matching 3 panel aluminium door frame to mirror the same entry of the home itself, adding solid consistency in design that contributed to the overall finish.
