This renovation was installed with choice materials and the result is simply exquisite.
Dark oak, granite and glass were used to emphasise the delicate and mighty features of the home.
Real wood flooring throughout the ground floor.
The style of the large open plan kitchen consists of dark oak colour cupboards with four large larder units housing double ovens and a fridge freezer.
Essentials including the dishwasher and washing machine were cleverly tucked in.
The granite worktop is also fitted adjacent on the island seating five with ease. The island cooly integrates five large burner induction hobs, and benefits from plenty of lighting above. Trendy matt black fittings to harmonise with the dark oak colour palette too.
The elegant three panel black aluminium bifold doors opens out from the kitchen to the garden for seamless outdoor hosting.
The glass banister showcases the high ceilings allowing the large windows to flood natural light in, utilising light throughout the day.

All bathrooms are uniform by design, matching with bath tiled panels, floating WC and basin. Two bedrooms with en-suites and a bath/shower.
