extension and loft convention

About this project

This is another stunning example of a back and rear extension with a loft extension.
The client here saw natural lighting as essential so we fitted a very big skylight, large bifold back door and large window at the back.
The Loft space shows off plenty of light with Velux windows revealing 2 bedrooms and ensuite shower room.
We created a beautiful and large open plan kitchen diner with an island integrated 900mm induction hob, double ovens and granite worktops. Keeping the colours bold and elegant with accents of black throughout the property for design consistency.
We realised into this project that we wanted to be sensitive to some of the old character of the property and where possible, even enhance it. We were able to refurbish the old fireplace, skirting, picture rails, coving and skirting and in delicate balance with the solid modern fixtures.
